When it comes to recreation, I live a simple life. During my spare time I enjoy listening to music, reading informative books, watching TV, and keeping myself fit.
When I was a child, I had never like physical activities. That was why I was very weak and somewhat lanky when I was in high school. What was ironic in those years was that my weight was somewhat average (165 lbs.) for my height, at least according to those weight charts. This is probably attributed to my bone density. Probably my bones are more dense than that of the average person. However, since June of 1998, I started getting into weight training and modest gain of 10 lbs. within 7 months. However, I still look somewhat lanky, probably because of the length of my extremities.
My goal for weight training is to become bigger but at the same time leaner. At present, I have about 14% bodyfat. I want to reduce this to 10 or below.
